The always packed Atlanta Aquarium located at 225
Baker St. Atlanta, opens Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on
Saturday to Sunday 8:00 am to 6pm. Due to its overwhelming crowds, it is
advisable to book the tickets in advance, but it has to be paid in full
using a credit card. For general admission ticket, for an adult they charge
$21, for kids between 3 to12 it costs around $15 and for senior citizens,
it’s slightly lower than the adult rate. The aquarium also provides the useful facility of
group rates that has more than fifteen members, provided all of you are
visiting on the same time of the day. However to ensure all attendance, the
tickets has to be paid in advance. The aquarium also maintains a fixed rate;
a visit scheduled for four hours is charged 8$, add another two hours then
you will have to pay 10$. Good thing about this aquarium is that you will be
given a discount the second time you visit, especially the annual pass
holders. In fact the annual pass holders are given a fantastic deal whereby
they are permitted unlimited entry for the entire year. The aquarium also
has timed ticketing program allowing visitors to reserve the date and time
of their visit in advance, ensuring swift entry and room to explore once
inside. One thing the visitors complain about is the high cost of the
tickets as compared to other aquariums but once you have the glimpse of
those exotic creatures in their water world, it’s worth the money you have
spent. To maintain these lovely creatures would certainly cost a lump sum! Also experience suggest that it is best to make a
reservation online which will definitely guarantee your admission and save
time by getting entry at the allotted schedule. Just remember to visit
anytime on weekdays and early in the morning or late in the afternoon on
weekends, if you want a peaceful sight and a great time in the aquarium,
otherwise it will be packed stiff! |
